Orders Returned To Sender/Undelivered Orders
There are several reasons why an order would fail to be delivered. This may include a customer typing an inaccurate shipping address during checkout, old/out of date address or a customer not being present at the time of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address at the time of order, as we can only ship to the exact address that the customer enters during checkout. If a customer does not have a 100% accurate shipping address, it can cause delivery problems for postal/courier services and an order may be returned to us due to this problem.
For any orders that are returned to us due to a customer having inaccurate shipping details or failing to collect from a depot (when a missed delivery card has been left), we would have to charge to re-ship the order. If your order is returned to us due to any of these reasons, we will notify you by email/message through the website.
You can return a product within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Returns Number.
Please include a letter/note with your return, detailing all the relevant information, including name, address and order number.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to refuse the product return.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including personalised products or those manufactured to order.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email to email@example.com to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We will provide you with a returns number and advise you on how to send the item back to us.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns in person at our warehouse.
